Priceless Discoveries in Your Heart Museum

Have you been hiding your most important self discoveries in your “Heart Museum?”💓You know the place I am referring to.

Many works of art turned out to have other works of art hidden underneath their surfaces. Experts scrape away that top layer and voila! I am not asking you to do anything that I am not about to do myself. So here’s a daring, scary, interesting and hopefully illuminating assignment: in the next eight hours, we are all going to go deep.

“Have you ever deeply explored the long held beliefs about yourself?”

We are going to really get quiet and still.😶 Now I know there are going to be layers of dust (insecurity) and dirt ( fear) and a tremor of excitement in our bellies (at last!) that may precede this exercise.

That’s actually fantastic. In this lovely safe mind-vault, we are going to explore the gem that has always been there.

Not in a rushed way that frightens us and brings up issues. In an eight hour long way. Have you ever deeply explored the long held beliefs about yourself?

Especially since the Life/Restart occurred?

Probably not like this! I haven’t either. I’m not referring to an improbable dream. I mean your original self. The masterpiece🎨beneath the perfectly acceptable outer layer.

Don’t just blurt out some top-of-mind hyperbole. There is no one to impress here. Even if you have no idea what you may find after all those hours. In fact, that’s the point of this!

I’ve picked the eight-hour time length. But who knows? Maybe it will take longer! That’s okay! There may be many cobwebs and cracked doorways to get around. And then you will find the canvas and start scraping like your life depended on it.

Because it does.✨

We all go through major life transitions when relationships end… Through this website, I will share my thoughts as I walk the path of “New-Self” discovery. It doesn’t matter which side of 50 you are on. The real question is, Are you ready to live life? To forge a Path of Your Own Making (For a change!)? Then stop dwelling over the What-Might-Have-Beens and join me. Share your thoughts here, comment on mine, and let’s do this together!
