Carrying Your New Life Caboodle

We all love our Caboodles, those make-up organizers we can carry anywhere. Always packed at the ready, they make us feel like everything is all right. When beginning anew after being left, it feels as if all of your life-details and future-unknowns are spread all over an emotional counter.

In the moving on, you gradually organize what should affectionately be called your Life Caboodle.

And golly, it feels soo good!

All those scattered thoughts and sad emotions will be stocked away in the lower drawer.  Then they will be discarded in favor of the new life tools you acquire.  Your “brush” with heartache is replaced with a full set of every conceivable size that flawlessly carry you through every life situation.  Your make-up brushes have become make-up for lost time brushes! So apply that highlighter to your T (for Tough Times Are Over)-zone! You deserve to glow.

Your Lipstick shades on the top shelf are so much brighter than they used to be. “Hot to-trot pink” and the”raspberry dazzle”? Who is this woman?

As you organize what you have and discard what you don’t need, (10-year-old Clinique make-up!) you will feel the joy of an organized life that makes sense.

Stressful days disappear as you now not only have things planned for each day, but for days in the future. Fun activities to look forward to next week, and three weeks from now and in April.  Art openings, plays on your new subscription series, free stuff to do you find on a website.  Life is happening and you are too. No more shutting yourself off behind the curtain of uncertainly.

I enjoy filling my new life Caboodle. It seems there is a special section for each adventure.  And every day, I fill it with the glossy gift of a new experience.  I shade and contour the life of my dreams.  I had fallen into a daily trap of sameness.  Those days are over for all of us. So fling your windows open and enjoy the vibrant, glossy shades of your new  life. The whole kit and caboodle!!!!

We all go through major life transitions when relationships end… Through this website, I will share my thoughts as I walk the path of “New-Self” discovery. It doesn’t matter which side of 50 you are on. The real question is, Are you ready to live life? To forge a Path of Your Own Making (For a change!)? Then stop dwelling over the What-Might-Have-Beens and join me. Share your thoughts here, comment on mine, and let’s do this together!
