Those Tough Sunday Nights Can Change into Women Having Fun!

It’s early Sunday evening.  Maybe you go for a walk and hear the sounds of couples making Sunday dinner, or having friends
over.   Those couple nights with spaghetti and a movie with your Ex are a distant memory.  These nights are tough sometimes.  You fight not to look back.  You are alone tonight.  Not much of a plan in the coffer.  Scrounge up some dinner in the fridge, take a bath, channel surf.  Sorbet. Big whoop.

You turn off the boring TV.  Maybe check out some dating websites for the 100th time.  Dud. Dud. Looks Crazy.  Why Do They All Have Sunglasses on? Or they’re fishing.  Can’t Someone Just Put On A Business Suit For Their Photo?

My way out of Sad Sundays is to stay away from the TV, make a plan to DO something to avoid the Sunday Slump.  And guess what? It works! Even if it’s just a tiny change like put on some music and bake muffins!  Doing something new is way better than the Same Old Rut.  So, right now, make a list of fun Sunday activities for next week.  Something you never do Sunday nights.  Something New sure beats the Old Rut.  Make your list.  Have fun with it!  And let me know how it goes.

We all go through major life transitions when relationships end… Through this website, I will share my thoughts as I walk the path of “New-Self” discovery. It doesn’t matter which side of 50 you are on. The real question is, Are you ready to live life? To forge a Path of Your Own Making (For a change!)? Then stop dwelling over the What-Might-Have-Beens and join me. Share your thoughts here, comment on mine, and let’s do this together!
