When you know you are no longer loved by him, you stop loving yourself. But it is so important that you take the time to renew your love for yourself. You are awesome, just the way you are. The person who left you is a confused jerk. You will find someone else, if that is indeed what you truly want. And with the internet, there’s a million ways to do so. You don’t have to join every dating website there is. Just start trolling around, because, when you do so, you will realize you are not alone. There are thousands of people our age looking to connect with someone. So, for now, while you are healing, just check it out. You don’t have to act. You can do something when you know you are ready. Maybe put a clock on it. But that is up to you. I am a woman, so I don’t tell any woman what to do. Except this, buy yourself an awesome pair of leather boots…Really. Do. It. I can’t tell you why, but walking around in my new pair of boots empowered me. I stood taller. I felt stronger, just the way I was.
